The Daly Planet [sigh!]

Mr. Daly is a regular poster of comments on these pages, so it is good to see that he has finally decided the comment box is too small for all he has to say, and has established his own blog. With a parody blog having been established almost instantaneously, Mr. Daly is learning the truth of the fact that those who stick their heads above the parapet are immediately susceptible to the slings and arrows of outrageous criticism - and Mr. Daly doesn't just stick his head above the parapet, he veritably strolls along its battlements. Ah well, we need opinion and argument, far better than apathetic acknowledgement that nothing will change, so good luck to him. His blog is listed in the links at the side.

So far so good, the now infamous 'tailor comment' amassed six comments online and about six thousand in school by itself. Blatant self-advertisement aside it has been a doubley good evening since C H Shmaly has hung up his keyboard following his identity being revealed by yours truly today!

Ah, interesting lives we lead. I can only congratulate "Mr. Daly" on his venture, and wish him well for the future. Of course, it hardly needs to be said that it's a total vanity project... but I'm prone to being called on that too, so let it be. Blogging is a self-satisfying art.

I don't usually play the number game, unless it suits me; 37 comments in one week.

It's not a complete vanity project. I have genuinally latched on to the blogging express to make myself a more intelligent, well-rounded writer as well!

God we're shameless. Let's just move on, shall we?
