What are the New Ideas in the UK Today?

Nick Robinson has an interesting post on his blog here, in which he discusses the forthcoming speech by Oliver Letwin, seeking to answer the charge about whether David Cameron really has any new ideas? Letwin seeks to distinguish between the Brownite philosophy of government and the Cameron philosophy. Quite a useful short post for A2 students in particular.
